Vinification The grapes are gently destemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (15/18°C).
Ageing After fermentation, the wine settles on the lees in the stainless steel tanks, fining for twelve months.

Appearance
Crystal clear and luminous to the eye; straw yellow colour of good intensity offers lively reflections that extend to a slight golden hue..
Nose
Excellent smelling intensity, elegant; allows to recognise a hint of vanilla and citrus fragrance, floral bouquet (white flowers) and fruity notes (fresh, unripe apple and pear). A very delicate tip of honey at the end. The whole denotes an interesting complexity binding freshness (flowers and fruit), spiciness (vanilla notes) and honey.
Palate
Dry on the palate; expresses a well-balanced structure, with a shade of minerality on the finish; good persistence.
Serving suggestions
Still evolving wine, it's already enjoyable with fish dishes, simply cooked or served with sauce.

To serve at 11°C.

Appearance
Straw yellow with greenish and lemon yellow reflections, accompanied by great brightness and clarity that invite to taste.
Nose
On the nose, it starts with a fresh menthol note, followed by floral notes (hawthorn) just hinted, fruity (abbot pear) and pastry notes with spicy nuances (vanilla). Followed by field herbs (dandelion) and then hazelnut and peach, keeping the freshness alive.
Palate
In the mouth, it is dry, definitely fresh and savoury, young and well structured for its elegance.
Serving suggestions
To serve with white meat fish, with cooking that enhances its delicacy.
Serving temperature
To drink at 12° C, but also 14° C that, with the aeration in the glass, make the delicate roundness and balance in definition stand out. Great cleanliness in the mouth.

Appearance
Light yellow with green lemon highlights, with a remarkable brightness.
Nose
The scents are gently evolving with jasmine flower, apple and pear notes that are enriched by fresh lemon peel and bergamot.
Palate
At first in the mouth has a very light debut, after evolves in freshness and sapidity that give space to an elegant aroma of a delicate custard and vanilla. With a good structure, matches the palate and nose with its delicate complexity.
Serving suggestions
To be paired with fish Mediterranean style, or as an aperitive.
Serving temperature
To be served at 10°C., to fully appreciate the evolution in the glass.

Appearance
Pale straw yellow with gentle greenish reflections; very bright and clear.
Nose
Good intensity with floral white flowers notes (hawthorn and a touch of linden) and fresh fruits (apple and pear). Enriched than with mineral, spicy and elusive shades of bread crust.
Palate
Sound structure and good balance; fruity notes expand, at the back of the nose, remaining always pleasant and elegant.
Serving suggestions
Fish and Crustaceans are recommended as well as dishes with a mild sweet proneness (some mild soft cheese, any pumpkin culinary delight, plum dumplings).
Serving temperature
Enchanting wine, noble; elegance and refined balance denoting its particular characteristics. Aristocratic, deep but at the same time delicate. To enjoy with noble sh in mild and full flavoured cooking, with optimum drinking temperature between 11 and 13 ° C.
